There is a second security console with a recording of how the riot started saying Jack was distracted will earn Shepard +2 Paragon. A conversation with Jack will trigger telling her not to blame herself will earn Shepard +2 Paragon while staying cold or being angry will net +2 Renegade. Across the catwalk is the interrogation room with a few interactable points for Jack to tell Shepard about and another security console. Head down the catwalk and some stairs but be ready as the next room will have more enemies. It's a small space, so be ready with your team and take enemies out before they get too close. Further down the stairs, the squad will encounter Blood Pack scavengers. The barriers are arranged almost circular, and you'll learn Jack fought other kids here with biotics in a sick arena game. Once they're out of the way, head to the old bloodstain on the floor and interact with it to begin a conversation with Jack. You'll soon encounter Varren in this cramped space. Head down the stairs after checking for items. Keep going, and Jack will comment on the skylights here. Make sure to listen to the whole message before turning it off. The first bit of information you'll come across is located on a security terminal. You'll be retracing Jack's escape, and she'll comment on events as you go. There will be mostly medi-gel and credits throughout the facility, so keep an eye out for them.
Head down the stairs and into the facility. Once the squad is ready, you'll get a short conversation on the shuttle ride in and can earn +2 Paragon by trying to calm Jack or +2 Renegade by being gung-ho to get in. This is fine for Jack, who carries a shotgun and Shockwave, but you may want to consider someone tough like Grunt or with fire skills like Jacob to prevent regen and damage armor. The spaces here tend to be small, and the Krogan are aggressive and will get in your squad's face. You'll encounter a few Varren, but the main enemies will be the Blood Pack which means Krogan and Vorcha. While abandoned, the facility isn't empty.

For +2 Paragon, say Shepard will confront them and that they're ready to go. During this conversation, you can earn +2 Renegade by approaching her request uncaringly, telling her Cerberus has changed and to leave her past behind. She was raised in a biotic experiment facility involving kids and wants to head back there to destroy it and her past. If you humor Jack by giving her access to Cerberus files and speak with her enough, she'll eventually tell Shepard of her past where Cerberus was involved and give you the mission. Jack has many reasons to hate Cerberus, but she still helps with Shepard's mission, so long as they help her first and gain her loyalty. As Shepard gets to know her and her rap sheet, we find out about her very unfortunate childhood, if you could call it that. In Mass Effect 2, Jack comes off as an uncouth anarchist at first and doesn't seem to care much for Shepard and picks fights with Miranda, but there are underlying reasons for her behavior.
